Reaching out to find a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings is the most important step in your path to healing. You may have decided to reach out because of some unsettling thoughts or emotions you or someone you love is experiencing. It may relate to a recent breakdown in your most meaningful relationships. Have you recently experienced a loss or tragedy in your life that has brought you to this point?
Regardless of how, be proud of this first step.
Counseling is for individuals, couples and families. A place to come together and share true feelings. It can positively impact you as an individual as well as those closest to you.
We welcome individuals, couples, children, teens and families in our counseling practice.
